Affiliate Agreement

Affiliate agreements tend to be full of "legalese" which few, if any of us truly read all the way through. In an effort to keep this simple, we've dropped all that arcane language and in return ask that you read the rules below and agree to them before submitting your application.

Site Rules

1. You may promote Carol Bond Health Foods on as many sites as you wish.
2. You may NOT promote Carol Bond Health Foods on any porn sites, hate sites, pirate software sites, sites that have crack codes, crack software, hacker tools, or any sites that link to this sort of thing. We may add to this list of prohibited sites in the future. Your site(s) will be regularly reviewed and you will be dropped from the program if you promote Carol Bond on sites of this nature.
3. You may NOT promote Carol Bond Health Foods on music or video sites that allow viewing or downloading of copyrighted materials. Exceptions include video sharing sites such as YouTube, social sites such as Facebook, etc. We don't want to see our name on BitTorrent sites.
4. Please remember that Carol Bond has spent over 25 years growing our reputation in the health food industry. Please respect that reputation in your presentation of our products. Refrain from making false claims - our products can't make an 80 year old look like a high school girl. We can't cure cancer. Our products are not a solution for world peace or an alternative to seeing a physician. If you have any questions about your presentation, please drop us a line or give us a call and we'll go over it.
5. You may promote Carol Bond from any country that is able to accept UPS delivery. Additional shipping charges WILL apply to orders placed from outside the U.S.

PPC Ads, Social Media Sites

1. You may NOT link directly to Carol Bond.com from any Google or other PPC ad. You must first send your visitor to a landing page of your making or your own site. Carol Bond uses PPC ads and is the ONLY party who can send this type of traffic directly to carolbond.com.
2. You may not make false claims in any classified or PPC ad.
3. You may NOT use the name Carol Bond on any social media site such as Eons, Facebook, MySpace, Squidoo, Twitter or others. There is a real Carol Bond, and you may not pretend to be her in any way, or any form on any site, including your own site. You may use articles she has written to promote our products on your site, as long as the text is not altered in any way.

Marketing Materials

1. Carol Bond Health Foods has numerous marketing materials for your use in promoting Carol Bond products. We will be adding more materials on a regular basis. You may make your own banners, videos, and text ads so long as you are not misrepresenting the product or making false claims about the product or Carol Bond Health Foods.
2. You may use any image on the carolbond.com site in your promotions.
3. You may use any testimonials found on the carolbond.com site in your promotions.
4. You may use any articles found on the carolbond.com site in your promotions.
5. You may NOT alter the price of the product, unless you have been informed of a special sale price. We frequently place items on sale, but you must change the price back to the original price when the sale is over.

Payment

1. Carol Bond Health Foods will pay affiliates on the 15th of every month for sales made the previous month. In the event Carol Bond must make a customer refund, that refunded sale will be deducted from your commission.
2. There is no minimum commission threshold. All sales commissions made the previous month will be paid on the 15th of the next month minus refunds.
3. Payment will be made via Paypal or by paper check. If you wish to be paid via paypal, please send us an email to affiliates@carolbond.com with your paypal email address.
   Paper checks may not always be mailed on the 15th of the month due to weekends and holidays. Please allow a minimum of five days before reporting non payment of a paper check.

Conclusion

Carol Bond Health Foods will do everything possible to ensure that we have a successful partnership with you. Don't misrepresent the product or the company, don't take Carol's name in vain, don't put our products in internet neighborhoods that contain questionable tenants and we'll have a long and profitable relationship. If a problem occurs, we will discuss it with you before dropping you from the program. But be aware if you break the rules set out on this page, we will terminate our relationship with you if those problems can not be resolved.
