When I began taking Geri-Hi, Dolomite and CPP, I took them because I was going through a lot of stress. My wife told me that these supplements wouldn�t affect my stomach, like other multi vitamins I�ve tried for stress. Yes, I experienced the high energy and I felt my body stabilize from the stress. My wife was also right. They didn't upset my stomach. I used to suffer from frequent headaches about 3 or 4 a week. After taking the supplements for a month, I found that they are almost gone. I know CBHF products are not miracle drugs, but it's amazing how proper nutrition can affect my mind as well as my body.

My husband and I occasionally have cold sores/fever blisters. These can last for up to 2 months. I�ve found that the active ingredients in over the counter treatments are also found in the CPP tablets but in CPP, the concentration is much higher (more affordable). So, if I take 3 CPP tablets, 3 times a per day when a cold sore first starts to develop, CPP stops it and it will usually be healed within 24 hours.
