For Headaches use as needed before attacks occur, and during progressive attacks. Use (1-3 sprays) per nostril until headache symptoms reduce. Can also be used as needed until headache subsides.
For Sinus Congestions use as needed with (1-3 sprays) per nostril (morning, noon and night).
For Sinus Infections: use (4x) daily (1-3 sprays) per use.
For Allegries use as needed to relieve related symptoms it’s important (especially with headache and sinus infections) to tilt your head toward the area where you feel the greatest concentration of pressure and pain. Gently sniff the formula as far back as possible. |
