Begin this 14-day program with 1 caplet before bed on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of purified water. Increase by 1 caplet per day until you reach 8 caplets per day. Take in divided doses first thing in the morning and before bed. Remain on 8 caplets per day in divided doses (A.M. and P.M.) for 7 days. Follow up: Once you have completed the 14 day program, begin consuming 6-12 caplets per day for 3-6 months and then you may reduce to a maintenance dosage of 3-6 caplets per day.
