Directions: |
Adults and children over 15 years of age: Take one capsule at bedtime or when needed, with a full 8 oz. glass of water, juice or other liquid. Do not take more than one capsule in 24 hours. Children under 15:Consult a doctor. |

Warnings: |
Do not take for more than 1 week as frequent or prolonged use may cause dependence. Do Not use when nausea or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. Consult a doctor if you notice a sudden change in bowel habits that presist over 2 weeks. Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after use may indicate a serious condition.
