Warnings: |
Women who are pregnant or likely to become pregnant should not exceed recommended dosage. Exceeding the recommended dose will result in ingestion of more than 10,000 IU of Vitamin A from retinol, which in high amounts is known to cause birth defects. The only supplement I've felt different with!
That says it all for me. I've tried many nutrients including liquid nutrients, which I believe are the way to go to get the most out of them. Alive! is the only one I've actually felt a physical improvement with. Excellent product! Tastes good, too.
